Our Full Birth Experience is designed to walk with you through every step of the way!

From pregnancy through your baby’s first year. Whether it’s your first or your fourth, this package provides comprehensive, compassionate care tailored to your unique journey. This package ensures you’re never alone - offering stead, familiar support at every milestone.

Includes:

𑁍 Free Consultation: Initial meeting to discuss your needs and goals.

𑁍 1 Prenatal Visits: In-home or virtual sessions to review your birth plan and practice comfort techniques to prepare for labour and postpartum.

𑁍 Unlimited Text/Email Support: Available throughout your pregnancy for questions and guidance. You’ll have access to guidance, encouragement, and evidence based information.

𑁍 Continuous Labor Support: Physical, emotional, and informational support throughout active labour and delivery, no matter how long it takes.

𑁍 2 - 3 Hours Immediate Postpartum Care: Supporting with baby’s first feed, initial bonding, and anything else you may need in those precious moments.

𑁍 1 PostPartum Follow-up: A home visit to check in, debrief your birth, and support your recovery adjustment.

𑁍 Ongoing Support for UP to 12 Months: You’ll have access to guidance and support throughout baby’s first year, including feeding, sleep, and parenting questions.

We’ll walk you through what to expect, answer your questions, and explore your preferences so you feel informed and empowered heading into surgery.

This package ensures that your voice is heard and your needs are met - before, during, and well after you cesarean birth.

03. Early Labour Support

This package is perfect for those who want a calm, reassuring presence during the early or active stages of labour.

Whether at home or at the hospital, this is designed for moms who want some extra hands-on comfort measures, emotional support, and guidance through the early hours of labour but do not require support during delivery or postpartum.

𑁍 In-person support: In person support for 4 hours either at your home or in hospital.

𑁍 Unlimited Text/Email Support: Available throughout your pregnancy for questions and guidance.

04. Feeding Support

Whether you’re navigating low milk supply, nipple pain, latch concerns, or simply want expert support as you begin your feeding journey, this private in-home session is designed to help you feel confident, informed and supported.

I offer dedicated, one-on-one assistance focused entirely on you and your baby’s feeding experience. With time built in to observe at least two feeds, we’ll work together to troubleshoot challenges, adjust techniques, and talk through your questions.

Includes:

𑁍 1 Private In-Home Session: Focused time to observe and support two feeds. Approximately 4 hours.

𑁍 Personalized Assessment & Support: Guidance for latch, positioning, milk supply, and more.

𑁍 Hospital Support: Compassionate support before, during, and after your cesarean to help you feel grounded and cared for.

𑁍 Hands-On Teaching: Real-time coaching to help you build skills and confidence.

𑁍 Follow-up Options: Additional sessions available upon request, typically scheduled after you’ve had time to practice and observe.

05. Postpartum Hourly Care

Gentle, flexible care for your fourth trimester. This is ideal for families looking for compassionate, non-judgmental, support when you need it.

The early postpartum period can feel overwhelming - but you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you need help with baby care, emotional support, light household tasks, or just a moment to rest, I’ll come to your home and meet you where you’re at.

Includes:

𑁍 Free Consultation: Initial meeting to discuss your needs and goals.

𑁍 Newborn Care: Feeding, diapering, soothing techniques.

𑁍 Unlimited Text/Email Support: Available for up to a year after hire for questions and guidance.

𑁍 Mother Support: Support with feeding (breast or bottle), emotional check-ins, postpartum healing support, time to yourself (nap, shower, recharge).

𑁍 Light Household Tasks: Tidying, sibling care, meal prep, washing bottle and pump parts. *This does not include me deep cleaning your home, I have recommendations if you’d like*

𑁍 Flexible Scheduling: Available in 2-3 hour time slots. Only daytime visits are currently offered.

Have questions about doula services?

  • It's beneficial to hire a doula as early as possible in your pregnancy, but you can hire one at any stage. The earlier you hire a doula, the more time you'll have to build a relationship and prepare for your birth experience.

  • Your doula will provide reassurance and perspective to you and your partner, making suggestions for labour progress and help with relaxation, positioning, and other techniques for your comfort. Your doula will also help you make informed decisions throughout the whole process.

  • Your doula is there to provide support to the family. Your doula WANTS to involve your partner as much as possible. This is your birth journey, we are simply here to help out
